How an order runs

Seven steps, each with a clear owner and timing. You approve everything that costs money.

  1. Send a request

    Tell us the product (photo, link or description), rough quantity, where it ships and, if you know them, target price and deadline.

  2. We confirm the details

    We reply within one business day (Beijing time) with any questions: size, material, packaging, certificates, labels.

  3. Shortlist

    We search our database first, then call or visit booths. You get 3–5 suppliers, each with the price at your quantity, MOQ, lead time and the evidence we found. The first shortlist is free.

  4. Samples

    We order samples at the supplier's price; you pay courier. Approve, ask for changes, or drop a supplier.

    ≈ 1–2 weeks
  5. Order

    We send a quote with goods (supplier price), our fee and estimated freight as separate lines. You pay a 30% deposit; we place the order and follow production with photo updates.

  6. Check and balance

    Goods arrive at a consolidation warehouse in Yiwu. They are counted and checked against your approved sample, with photos and video. You pay the 70% balance after you see them. Want a formal report? We book a third-party inspector at cost.

  7. Ship

    Sea (FCL or shared LCL), China–Europe rail, air or express — by our forwarder or yours. Export paperwork and, if you want, delivery with duties paid.

Your list names every supplier, with booth number or company registration, so you can check them without us.

Payment. 30% deposit when you order, 70% after the goods are checked in Yiwu and before they ship. Our fee is a separate line on the same quote.
