How to read a booth address

A booth address reads district, gate, floor, street, booth number — for example “District 4, Gate 88, Floor 2, Street 30, Booth 388xx”. Each gate has a directory showing which trade is on which floor, so you can walk straight to the right aisle.

  • Booths show samples; stock is usually in a warehouse nearby. Ask whether a design is in stock or made to order.
  • MOQ is per design or colour. Ask for the price at your quantity, not the headline price.
  • A booth may be the factory or a trader for several factories — check the company registration before paying a deposit.
  • Goods from several booths are delivered to one consolidation warehouse and shipped together.
  • The market closes for Chinese New Year — in 2027 roughly from late January to around 21 February.

Often, yes. In our database, 58% of booth listings start at 100 pieces or fewer and the median is 100 pcs per design. Stock designs go lower; custom work needs more.

No. Many buyers work through an agent who visits booths, collects samples, checks goods and consolidates the shipment. Going yourself helps for a first big order; for repeat and mixed small orders it rarely pays for the trip.
