Fees and payment terms
One service fee, shown on its own line: 10% of the goods value, minimum US$80 per order. Goods at the supplier’s price. No commissions from suppliers.

Payment
30% deposit when you confirm the order; 70% after the goods are checked in Yiwu and before shipping. Payment by bank transfer; details are on your quote.
Questions
When do I pay your fee?
It is a separate line on your order quote, paid together with the order. Shortlists and samples carry no fee from us.
Is 10% expensive?
Published Yiwu agent rates run from 3% on large orders to about 10% on small ones, often with a US$100–200 minimum. On a small mixed order, a visible 10% is usually cheaper than a “free” service paid for through supplier rebates. See the comparison.
Do you mark up freight?
No. Freight is quoted by the forwarder and passed on at cost; you may also use your own forwarder.
What if goods fail the check in Yiwu?
You don't pay the balance until the problem is fixed with the supplier — rework, replacement or a price adjustment, as agreed in your order.
